I teach Zumba Gold which is on the 1/2 beat with little twisting and turning. Great to keep your body in motion to rhythm.
Great for seniors as well as for those who need to come back to exercise gently. Zumba GOLD can also be offered as a "chair class" for those who cannot stand.
