AromaDance is a beautiful way to awaken your senses and reconnect to your body while you free your mind and open your heart through creative movement.
It is an invitation and opportunity to dance solo to inspirational music within a group of people with an amazing ambiance at the Loft. You will learn how to use several different pure essential oils on your energy centers to open to your radiance. There is no wrong way to do AromaDance…you are always perfect.
