QiGong & Restorative Yoga Bliss
Back Care QiGong
We will begin with the form we call Back Care and gently wake up the body with slow movements stretching and opening spaces to allow for healing.
Then we will do a circuit of 4 different restorative poses (no actual yoga involved). You will be guided as you settle in to a quiet non moving pose with blankets, bolster, blocks, etc...and you will rest.
Restorative Yoga allows you to slow down and access the quiet spaces within you.
You will feel refreshed, calm and in a gentle way reinvigorate the body to life.

What you will need to bring...
a yoga mat..
two blankets...one to cover you, one extra for propping or putting on yoga mat...
your favorite eye mask if you like and have one for eye rest...
a body comfortably dressed, feet wearing socks.
Learn one highly beneficial form of Qigong called BACK CARE that you can do daily at home as well as access restoration in the body with a healilng Restorative Yoga session.
