Weekend Life Coaching/Movement Workshop
Creating Authenticity in Your Life... think it! feel it! do it!
tapping into LIFE with Teacher, Life Coach and Biodanza Facilitator Michelle Dubreuil Macek
I help men and women create more authentic lives where each is called to lead a more REAL life guided by the authentic self and less by the social self?
What is THAT anyway? :) Come find out!
I am a guide for you to find and nourish your own unique potentials so that you can begin the creation of an awesome & amazing transformational life!
I open spaces for you to find JOY in life and connect again with your thoughts, actions and desires and integrate the three:
THINK IT! FEEL IT! DO IT!
A two day workshop featuring:
A) morning teaching/life coaching with fun and creative unique verbal and artistic tools to help you break down the limiting thoughts that keep you from living an authentic life and...
B) afternoon liberation of the deep down authentic YOU embraced within the power of the group and the Biodanza movement system. It is truly a wondrous thing to be in your body expressing what you need to! No dance experience required as this is non-choreographed and rather a more creative approach to self-expression. It comes from the heart!
This weekend workshop will help you to see your life from a different perspective than you already have:
•awaken the creative aspects in you with words, journalling, art & movement...
•open spaces for you to be more creative & connected in your relationships with partners, family and others...
•experience presence & joy within a community of like minded people.
