Your Facilitators: 

Michelle Dubreuil is a heart centered certified movement Life Coach and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and is certified in somatic healing modalities such as Biodanza movement, Yoga, Qigong, Restorative Yoga and Aromadance. She opens the doors to the body compass so that you can feel and then shed what is no longer serving.

Elizabeth McCain  is a spiritual counselor, transformational storyteller and story coach, an Interfaith minister, as well as the author of a compelling memoir, A Lesbian Belle Tells OUTrageous Southern Stories of Family, Loss, and Love. She helps women and LGBTQ+ folks share, heal, and reframe their personal stories of loss and change so they can live their lives with more meaning and joy.

​Sisterhood through Embodied Storytelling; A Five Series Online "Loveshop" for Women

Do you long for friendships with other heart-centered women who value connection, compassion, consciousness, and fun?

Come share your personal stories and create new ones in this embodiment series.

Each week we will explore specific topics in community with Elizabeth, to be followed by guided somatic practices that will enable you to feel it all in the body in connection with the group with Michelle facilitating.
