Family Biodanza

Family Biodanza class is a one and half hour movement class experience where you come with your kids to the Life Dance Loft and bond with fun and laughter and tenderness.

We all dance together and go on an adventure in the movement with the facilitating guiding everyone.  Even the Dads like to come to Biodanza Family class and the kids LOVE moving with the parents. 

At the end of class, the children and parents are invited to create an artwork with paper and crayons about the adventure.

I serve a healthy snack for everyone, too!
