The Biocentric System for Organizations training fits any type of organization, be it public, private, multinational, of small, medium or large size. It is also applied to organizations such as associations, schools, hospitals, NGOs, foundations, and governmental sectors.

1 to 3 day workshops

BSO will come to your venue of choice outside the workspace to facilitate workshops of your choice on topics such as Diversity in the Workplace, Creating Flow within the Team, Preparing for Challenges, Attitudes, Creating Good Stewardship, etc...

This facilitation proposes both verbal and non-verbal creative exercises that will allow your staff to get down to the “business” of having fun and communicating well and harmoniously with themselves and others through authentic connection and cooperation.

BSO uses creative exercises to get get your staff out of their usual box/cubicle to reconnect to themselves, unleash their creative potentials and work in harmony together!  This combination of elements helps create better managers and healthy relationships. 


Icebreaker at a retreat

BSO is also a great idea for an ice breaker to open your retreat.

As an icebreaker and a quick way to break down the barriers so typical in the first days of an outside team building session where a lot of sitting will be proposed,  BSO has few competitors. Non-verbal, fun and interactive it goes to the heart of your team and sets the stage for cooperation and creativity by engendering listening and feedback skills which facilitates empathy, respect and collaboration.

Done in groups from 10 to 60+ this creative movement system will put a spark into your event and offer unforgettable experiences. BSO has been used successfully internationally with banks, the military, NGOs and a variety of other organizational scenarios with a frequency based on the company's needs.

In fact, employees find their personal communication skills increase significantly with regular classes. Over 70% of communication is non-verbal. But where can you learn these skills? This is one of the few places where non-verbal communication skills are practiced and improved weekly. This system essentially increases that non-quantifiable quality called personal presence.
