Soma Flows is a combination of some of the following...
•relaxing energy techniques you will learn to use in your every day life
•body flows/movement flows standing
•gentle yoga standing and on floor
•savasana (lying down relaxation)
THINGS TO HAVE HANDY:
a quiet, undisturbed space to practice,
a folding chair nearby with no armrest,
a yoga mat if you have one,
2 same size yoga blocks or 2 thick books,
a yoga bolster (oval one is the best) and/or some blankets to roll up;
eye mask for savasana (rest period) if you want one!
