Mindful Movement with Michelle
This 3 week gentle series will include a variety of de-stressing movements that will help you release what you don't need.
You can do these movement standing or seated.
We will meet for one hour and the end of the class will include a short meditation.
Please dress comfortably in layers and bring a bottle of water; bring a blanket.
One hour of your time will enable you to learn movements to take home with you to use throughout the week.
This is NOT a dance class.
It is appropriate for ALL ages and adaptations will be made for each client.

Each series will be in blocks of 3.
