Morning Quiet Time/Mindfulness Experience....

An artistic experience....

followed by some Biodanza Creative Movement....

Lunch

Afternoon QiGong experience for kids (gentle Chinese movements)=it's good to learn something new and different

Drumming experience

P.M. Games at the Loft-working in feedback will be emphasized

9 am to 5pm

$50 for one day

Bring a healthy lunch and enough snacks
(no peanuts please)

Wear comfy clothes and socks

Located in Cherry Tree Center off Rt 29 at exit 13
